Charlie Sheen is suing the porn star who was with him when he smashed up a New York hotel room last month.

The incident on the night of October 26 saw Christina Walsh - who performs under the name Capri Anderson, and was being paid $3,500 as an escort by the 'Two And A Half Men' star - lock herself in the bathroom of the Plaza Hotel in New York while Charlie went on a rampage, causing around $7,000 of damage to the room.

Brooke Mueller felt "humiliated" by Charlie Sheen's decision to file for divorce.

The 'Two And A Half Men' actor and his estranged wife - who have 19-month-old twin sons, Max and Bob, together - had reportedly agreed to wait another year before filing papers and Brooke has been left stunned at Charlie's decision to officially end the two-and-half year marriage now.

Her lawyer Sorrell Trope said: "Charlie humiliated Brooke. She didn't want to make trouble for Charlie."

Charlie Sheen is trying to "move on" after being found "drunk and naked" with an escort in a hotel room.

The 45-year-old actor - who was taken to the New York Hospital to undergo psychiatric evaluation after allegedly trashing his suite at the city's Plaza Hotel - is said to be keen to put the incident behind him and returned to his home in Los Angeles last night (26.10.10).

Charlie Sheen's pregnant wife has been hospitalised with premature contractions.

Brooke Mueller - who is due to give birth to twin boys in April - was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital for treatment on Tuesday (17.02.09) but is expected to be released soon.

Charlie's publicist Stan Rosenfield said: "Brooke is at a hospital, where she was admitted with premature contractions - which is not all that uncommon for someone at this stage of pregnancy, especially with twins.
