Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to renew vows today

Heidi Montag will renew her marital vows with Spencer Pratt today (15.11.10).

The reality TV star - who recently reconciled with her spouse, months after filing for divorce in July - is planning an intimate ceremony "at a secret location on a beach" because her previous two weddings did not feel real.

Spencer Pratt has apologised to Heidi Montag for his "outrageous and infantile behaviour."

The reality TV star had threatened to release three raunchy films of Heidi - who he separated from in April after a year of marriage- if she refused his pleas to rekindle their romance and make a new television programme, but claims he is now repentant over his actions.
