Robert Downey Jr. has quit all his vices apart from smoking.

The 'Tropic Thunder' actor - who has previously battled a number of addiction problems - admits he has no plans to give up cigarettes any time soon.

Robert, 43, said: "I quit smoking for 'Iron Man' and once it was done I started smoking again. I heard it is better not to smoke, but I'm not so sure.

Robert Downey Jr. is "cursing" after being forced to wear platform-heeled shoes in his new movie.

The 'Iron Man' star is said to be struggling to walk in the elevated footwear, after 'Sherlock Holmes' director Guy Ritchie insisted he is the same height as co-star Jude Law in their scenes together.

The actor, who plays fictional British detective Sherlock Holmes in Guy Ritchie's latest project, was smoking the character's famous pipe in one scene when the ash fell onto his lap and set his trousers alight.

The 'Iron Man' actor - who has a 14-year-old son Indio from his marriage to Deborah Falconer - is ready to extend his family.

Robert, who is married to producer Susan Levin, said: "I want more children. I also want to travel. I talk about things I want to do a lot."

The 43-year-old actor - who has publicly beaten addictions to alcohol and drugs - also said he thinks Indio has massive potential as a guitarist.
