Mel B's homeless wish

Mel B wants to play a "homeless b***h" in a Hollywood film.

The former Spice Girl - who starred in 'Spice World', a fictional film about the popular girl band - would love to land a challenging role to prove her acting talents.

She said: "I want to play a homeless b***h. Something that's completely the opposite of me."

The 33-year-old star, who lives in Los Angeles, also hinted she could work with her director husband Stephen Belafonte.

She said: "If it's the right part, he would bring it my way.

"It's a really exciting time for British girls in the States - Americans are incredibly supportive and positive.

"They love you even more if you do several things."

Mel - who models sexy underwear for Ultimo - also said she is looking forward to the lingerie brand's launch in America.

She added: "Ultimo hasn't launched in the US yet, so this could be huge. It's so classy and feels amazing on your body.

"I'm thrilled to be working on my own range."
