Colin Farrell marriage rumours

Colin Farrell has sparked speculation he is married after he was spotted wearing a wedding ring.

According to reports, the Irish-born actor was seen sporting a band on the ring finger of his left hand at Los Angeles' LAX airport, leading to claims he has tied the knot with girlfriend Muireann McDonnell.

An onlooker said: "He didn't seem to be hiding the ring. Maybe he has finally found the girl he wants to settle down with."

Colin - who was briefly married to English actress Amelia Warner in 2001 - met Irish student Muireann last year and recently spoke about his love for her.

He said: "I met her in Dublin while I was home from Los Angeles. She's a great girl, we're really happy. It's easy to find girls, but it's not easy to find the right one."

Colin has a four-year-old son James with ex-girlfriend Kim Bordenave.

Last year, he revealed his child suffers from the neuro-genetic disorder Angelman syndrome, which impairs speech, movement and balance.
