Russell Brand misses having sex with other people.

The British funnyman - who is renowned for his womanising ways - doesn't enjoy touring his comedy act as much as he used because he can't have sex with lots of different women now he is engaged to Katy Perry.

He is quoted by E! Online as saying: "It's not as good, because you're away from your actual girlfriend and you can't have sex with all the people out there."

The 34-year-old star joked he has started going through women's underwear drawers for sexual kicks.

Speaking about US TV host Meredith Vieira, he quipped: "She's got some surprisingly erotic underwear. There's crotchless, peep-hole stuff going on in there!"

After finding happiness with Katy, Russell announced he had turned his back on his promiscuous ways.

He said: "Tonight I turned off my famous, hedonistic hot-tub, a monumental event. I did it for climate change. In every sense."
