The 'What Happens in Vegas' star - who earlier this week was linked to hip-hop mogul P. Diddy - was seen flirting with British model Paul Sculfor during an intimate dinner on Sunday night (01.06.08).
An onlooker at Santa Monica's Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi said: "They looked really flirty. She was laughing really loud at all of his jokes. It looked like a date."
After two hours, the pair left the restaurant together but Cameron was reluctant to be pictured with the hunk.
The source added: "Cameron was rushing him to leave since she didn't want to be photographed together."
Two days before her date with Paul, the Hollywood beauty was seen laughing and holding hands with P. Diddy at Prince's party and concert to showcase his new book '21 Days'.
Paul dated former 'Friends' star Jennifer last year but the pair split after a brief romance.
Jennifer is now dating Cameron's ex-boyfriend, singer John Mayer.
