The former world champion boxer - whose four-year-old daughter Exodus died last month - tied the knot with Lakiha Spicer in Las Vegas on Saturday (06.06.09).
La Bella Wedding Chapel spokesman Shawn Absher said: "The couple were very happy and sincere before saying their vows. They were very heartwarming, and I think they really do love each other."
Tyson and Spicer applied for a marriage license 30 minutes before their 10pm wedding.
The couple did not invite any guests to the ceremony, and Spicer shunned a traditional gown instead wearing an "appropriate dress".
Tyson opted for a suit and tie.
The 42-year-old retired pugilist wants all pictures of the nuptials to be kept private.
It is the third time the controversial sportsman - who has six other children - has wed.
His 1988 marriage to actress Robin Givens lasted a year, while his union with Monica Turner ended after almost six years.
Tyson's daughter Exodus died after accidentally tying a cord from an exercise machine around her neck while playing at her mother Monica's Arizona home.
Following her death, Mike released a statement thanking his fans for their support.
It read: "We are grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love and prayers from all over the world. There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus. We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal."
