Ginnifer Goodwin fuels rumours she is dating other celebrities.
The 'He's Not That Into You' actress loves it when people speculate about her love life, and often spreads untruths about supposed romances herself.
Referring to US writer and poet Dorothy Parker, she explained: "I perpetuate rumours that I've dated people that I've never actually dated. Dorothy Parker once said something along the lines of, 'I don't care what's written about me so long as it isn't true.' It's safe making."
The 30-year-old actress - who split from actor Chris Klein last year after a two-year romance - is at her happiest when she is in love adding she thinks it improves her performance on set.
She said: "I'm a better person in a relationship, and I'm a happier person. I need to come home at the end of the day and have it not be about me and my hair and make-up.
"And I think my work is more inspired when home is safe and sound and solid because what I do for a living is so bananas and so insecure."
Ginnifer is determined to find her perfect partner, but admits going on dates which don't work out can be demoralising.
She revealed to W magazine: "I'm less tolerant of foolishness now - I know that it's important I not tie myself up with the wrong person, because then I will miss the right person coming along."
