Zac Efron loves mums

Zac Efron finds older women "exciting".

The 'High School Musical' actor - who is dating his co-star Vanessa Hudgens, 20 -  loves being approached by his fans' mothers because they are more interesting than their teenage daughters.

He said: "There are always moms. It's actually more exciting - no I mean interesting - because you never know what's going to happen. It's an easier scenario with the kids, but the moms are almost motherly. They ask if I'm OK and if I want to get a bite to eat!"

Despite favouring older women, the 21-year-old hunk is flattered his schoolgirl fans throw themselves at him on a daily basis.

He added: "It happens every day. I have great conversations with the girls that approach me, they get really excited! A lot of kids ask advice too, which is very flattering."

Zac recently revealed his father, David Efron, give him great sex advice.

He explained: "My dad, at one point, had that conversation with me and my little brother, and always delivered it very well. He was very passionate about it."
