Helena Christensen's pig diet

Helena Christensen claims she eats "like a pig".

The Danish supermodel, who has an enviably slim figure, insists she is always eating and is fortunate enough not to pile on the pounds, but admits it could catch up with her one day.

She said: "I eat more than anyone I know. I'm obsessed! Food takes up about 75 per cent of my brain. I eat like a pig.

"I'm super lucky with my metabolism. I have to be realistic - that might not always be the situation. That's why I chose really intense training."

The 40-year-old beauty - who has a nine-year-old son Mingus with her ex-partner Norman Reedus - also revealed she would consider having another child providing she can find the right man.

She added to Britain's InStyle magazine: "I've never lived with any man except my son. I'm used to my own place, my own things. But if I met the right person, I'm sure I'd be like, 'Move in tomorrow, put your things everywhere.'"

"I look at my child and think: if me and his father could create this, what else could you create?"
