Posted on 15th February 2009 08:00AMSamuel L. Jackson enjoyed playing a torturer "a little too much", says his co-star.
Michael Sheen, who appears alongside the prolific US actor in forthcoming film 'Unthinkable', struggled with the violent scenes - unlike Samuel.
Michael said: "I had to be chained to the ceiling with a hood over my head, in my boxer shorts, being hosed down by a soldier, with cold air fans blowing on me.
"I wouldn't recommend being tortured by Samuel L. Jackson, he seems to enjoy it a little too much."
Psychological thriller 'Unthinkable' centres on two FBI agents who have two days to uncover the locations of three nuclear devices - hidden by one terrorist.
Director Gregor Jordan said: "On the surface, anyway, it's an old-fashioned Hollywood thriller - you feel like you're about to see a Tom Clancy international thriller, kind of thing - then it quickly turns into something else.
"The script's incredible. I mean, I don't want to over hype it or anything, but it literally is one of the most amazing scripts I've ever read."
'Unthinkable' which also stars Carrie-Ann Moss and Brandon Routh is set for release in December.
