Rumer Willis shuns wild parties

Rumer Willis prefers board games to parties.

The actress - whose parents are Bruce Willis and Demi Moore - is not interested in attending showbiz bashes and shuns wild nights out in favour of spending time with her friends.

She said: "Honestly, my ideal Saturday night is just hanging out with friends, playing games like 'Catchphrase' or 'Celebrity'. I don't go to wild parties - I've seen what excess and drugs can do to people."

Despite her famous parents, Rumer insists she has always worked hard to earn her own money, and thinks it is important for other teenagers to follow her example.

She explained: "My parents have never just given things to us. If I wanted a new dress or to go out to dinner, I had to do chores around the house or babysitting to pay for it.

"I think getting a job is important for children growing up in Los Angeles, because otherwise you might fall into the trap of thinking everything comes for free."
