Nadine Coyle's turkey tears

Nadine Coyle was once left "crying with pain" after eating too much on Christmas Day.

The Girls Aloud star says she could barely move after the massive meal, and couldn't stop herself crying when her stomach became painfully bloated.

She said: "My mum does a lovely roast dinner. I once ate so much at Christmas that I was crying with pain. I didn't think I was that full, but then all of a sudden I could hardly breathe, my tummy was so sore. Would I ever consider getting a takeaway Christmas dinner? Well, if I had to cook it otherwise, then yes!"

Nadine, who recently relocated to Los Angeles, also revealed she will find it strange to spend the festive holiday in the heat.

She added: "Christmas always seems bizarre for me now that I am spending it in the Los Angeles sunshine. Luckily, my family are all here too, and we live near the beach so we are normally partying and hanging around there."
